Counter Acting, Good for your Skiing!



          Here is a US Ski Team member
 using "Counter Acting" movements or CA.As many of you know from reading my books, especially my last book "Harald Harb's Essentials of Skiing", "Counter Acting", is an important part of "Complete Upper Body Development" in skiing. In my new "Essentials " DVD series I present how to achieve counter acting movements. Most skiers don't counteract an d if they do, they don't do it knowingly. Most instructors don't realize the importance of counteracting and don't teach it. 

In the PMTS System, you realize CA immediately and it has an immediate accelerating effect on your skiing improvement.
