Wow! 2 questions:

(1) is that from one camp?
(2) what drills/exercises were done to increase tipping, flexing, inside foot pull back, CA, etc. to such a degree?

We include what is necessary for the individual, we don't use a shotgun approach. We pick what the weakest link is for any skier and work on that skier's movement improvements. In a group of 6 skiers, you may be seeing six different movements, one for each skier.
